The Process, Step by Step
About Our Facility
Our buying office on Mission Gorge Road is where all client transactions take place. The facility is designed to be comfortable, private, and transparent. You are not in an open room with other customers — every transaction happens in its own private room.
The tour shows you exactly what you will experience as a client — the lobby, the private transaction rooms, the testing equipment, and the scales. The smelting operation runs separately and is not part of the client-facing area.
