Do not mail us anything without first contacting us by email. Please email a picture of anything you want to sell. We do not accept packages from unknown senders. In response to your email we will send you a postage paid Express FedEx label that will provide insured delivery. Free pick-up is available.

HOW DO I TRUST YOU TO PROPERLY EVALUATE MY GOLD AND OTHER PRECIOUS METALS?

We will unbox and assess your shipment under video surveilance. Everything will be done under camera and you will have the opportunity to view the footage online. You will see us weigh your gold and show you the weight registered by the scale. You will see us analyze your gold with our X-Ray Flourecense Spectrometer and the readout from the machine will be displayed on the computer screen. Further, we will pull up the live market prices and document them at the time of your assessment. The entire process will be video recorded and uploaded to the web. We will send you a private link to view the video.
